Build distinctive brand communications and a full‑funnel media strategy (ATL/BTL/digital/social), grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
Shape and manage the innovation pipeline from insight to in‑market execution with clear post‑launch reviews.
Orchestrate integrated commercial plans with Sales and Trade Marketing to maximize brand availability, visibility, and conversion across On‑ and Off‑Trade.
Develop and grow a high‑performing team: clear roles, capability building, coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
Manage marketing budgets and investments to deliver portfolio and brand equity KPIs growth.

University degree in Marketing/Business (MBA a plus).
10+ years in FMCG marketing with proven success in brand building, portfolio management, and media/digital leadership, dark market experience is an advantage.
Experience managing end‑to‑end ATL/BTL ecosystems and innovation pipelines.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, creativity, and bias for action.
Demonstrated team leadership with a track record of developing talent and capabilities.
Fluency in Russian and English.
